Personal Assistant (PA)

The successful candidate will join a small team of 13 employees who work for the Kirkhouse Trust, a charity registered in Scotland, but administered from Oxfordshire.

The Kirkhouse Trust was established with funding from a local science company. The Trust has identified "agricultural crop improvement research for the developing world" as its current funding focus. The Trust's main activities centre on grain legumes (see www.kirkhousetrust.org).

We wish to recruit a Personal Assistant to support the charity’s managers. This role involves administration of the Trust’s activities such as liaison with stakeholders, organising meetings and secretarial support. The successful candidate will be an experienced PA / Administrator able to work without close supervision.

This role reports to the Deputy Trust Secretary and Trust Secretary. This is a full time position, but the Trust will consider flexible working options for the right candidate.

Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience.
